Shipping Policy

If your product arrives damaged or defective, message us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo — we'll arrange a free replacement or refund. We don't offer returns for change of mind or fit, so please check compatibility before ordering

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 96501 03007 or email hello@securecuddle.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We arrange a doorstep pickup within 2–3 working days — you never need to visit a courier office.

If your order is cancelled before it ships, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. For damaged or defective items received, we arrange a free replacement — a refund is offered only if a replacement isn't possible.

For hygiene reasons, opened baby-care items (bibs, potty seats, shampoo caps) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

When you shop with us we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, email and order history. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we keep that conversation to serve you better. This website is owned and operated by Parentera Consumer Private Limited, the registered entity behind the Secure Cuddle brand.

Your information is used to deliver orders, process payments and refunds, respond to support requests, and — only if you opt in — send you helpful safety tips and offers. We never sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

Payments are processed by RBI-compliant payment gateways. We never see or store your full card details on our servers.

We use essential cookies to keep your cart and sign-in working, and basic analytics to understand which pages help parents most. No invasive cross-site tracking.

You can ask us to view, correct or delete your personal data at any time by writing to hello@securecuddle.com. We honour deletion requests within 30 days.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include GST. We do our best to keep pricing and availability accurate; if a listing error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order.

Our products are safety aids, not substitutes for adult supervision. Always follow the installation instructions provided, and check fittings regularly as your child grows stronger and more curious.

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, the returns policy applies. We reserve the right to refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
